We will arrange suitable carrier according to different countries and statue size/weight, choose cheaper, efficient and safe delivery service for all customers. We have cooperated with almost all logistics companies in the world, and we have negotiated almost the lowest freight prices for our customers!

So no matter which country you live in, customers are welcome to place an order with us.

1) International Shipping Information

We will contact the customer and inform the logistics provider of the quotation and shipping method when the ordered resin statue is ready to be shipped. Once the customer selects the shipping method and completes the payment of the freight bill, we will arrange the shipment immediately. Tracking information will be sent to the customer's mailbox within 1-2 days.

Generally speaking, it takes 6-8 days to deliver to international address by air shipping method, and 25-35 days by sea shipping method, however, it depends on the shipping method chosen by the customer.

2) Shipping

Please note that all orders do not include shipping charges. Please enter your shipping address correctly, as our partnered parcel service provider will calculate the shipping cost based on the address you provided in your order.
Special Note:
Some countries may have higher shipping costs than others. The dimensional weight/dimensions (L x W x H) of the package often result in high shipping charges. The larger the package, the higher the shipping fee.

3) Duty/GST/VAT

In some cases, countries may impose certain duties, fees or taxes on goods passing through their borders. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to pay for this and OrzGK will not be responsible for all border related fees, charges or taxes.

Special note: If your country supports the shipping method by sea, the products you ordered will include tax, and you do not need to pay any taxes; for countries that do not support the shipping method by sea, we will make a low declaration for you, so that you Only pay very little tax.

4) Delivery information

All shipping/delivery is done by third party package service provider. No special time or date delivery assignment is possible. The customer should ensure that it is available for delivery of the order. If this is not done, the local package service provider may charge a redelivery fee for each delivery attempt. This fee is paid by the client and OrzGK is not responsible for it.
